20:00 Award ceremony
21:00 Dance, dance
24:00 Excursion in the manor house with ghost stories

Sunday, July 24
09:00 Rise and shine! Breakfast, coffee
10:00 Start to Jelgava
12:00 Farewell until next year

Entry fee: EUR 16.99 (EUR 19.99 in the day of event). Kids under 16 for free. For additional fee there is a possibility to order rooms in the mansion.

I'm in! Already registered, but couldn't find where to transfer the entry fee.
Can you specify the bank account?

Please provide car registration no. in details.
But if you have some extra fees, then it's ok to pay at the entrance as well
(but of course, you need to register anyway)

Trying to book a room, but no one is answering to my mails.
Online booking system is not working as well.
Is there a way to book a room and get confirmation? Thanx

Online booking is disabled due to fact that all rooms are already pre-reserved for beetle club. You have to call Guna +371 26326243 - she's responsible person at Blankenfeldes manor and arange your room

It seems that there has been a problem with specific latvian letters -
they are not displaying correctly, so here's one more time - name and account number

Dear, all! Please note that there are only 2 rooms left at the Blankenfelde Manor and 2 rooms at the hotel.
If you're planning your stay at hotel or manor, please contact Blankenfelde directly.
Special VW BEETLE prices are valid till 08.07.2016,
after that you can get room through booking.com but the prices will be slightly higher
